"It all started back in 2021 when the idea for Parandish first came to my mind. You see, I've always been passionate about furniture, and I wanted to share that love with the world. I'm an interior designer by trade, so it was kind of in my DNA to appreciate the beauty of bygone eras.
It was just another day when my son and I stumbled upon a pile of discarded wood from my father's storage room.
It wasn't until in March 2022 when my son, Vimarsh, approached me with an idea. We realized the discarded wood would be of immense value to what we want to create.
He said, "Dad, why don't we build a company together, combining your passion furniture and my skill set?"
My eyes shined as I saw my love for solid wood furniture could come to life.
And just like that, "Parandish" was born.
In the beginning, we weren't sure how to make our furniture stand out in a sea of options. So, the discarded wood from my father's storage room came in handy. We upcycled the legs of an old cot and created a true homegrown masterpiece.
As the company progressed, we didn't stop at just furniture. We started collecting unique artefacts, paintings, and more. Parandish became a treasure of stories, with each piece carrying a bit of history and a whole lot of character.
And this week, we are approaching a new milestone, and we are launching our very own website!
So, here we are, a father-son duo on a mission to turn the past into the future. With our combined skills, a bit of luck, and a whole lot of passion, we're crafting a brand that's all about celebrating the beauty of vintage. Meet us here, where history meets artistry."
