RETURN POLICY

At Parandish, we strive to provide a flexible and customer-friendly return policy to accommodate our patrons to the best of our ability. We welcome replacements under the following terms:

If a wrong product has been dispatched, or if the product received does not match the item selected during order confirmation. (Note: There could be a slight variation (colour/polish tone) in the photo and the actual product)

If the product is received in a damaged condition.

BREAKAGES

If your product is damaged during transit or upon delivery, please take a picture of it and send it to the phone number provided (+91 98250 97747) via WhatsApp within 24 hours. Our team will promptly address the issue.

RETURN PROCESS

At Parandish, we offer a return policy for a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, applicable only for the following reasons: damaged product, and incorrect product. This time frame begins from the date the product was delivered as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners.If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at parandish.lifestyle@gmail.com or call us at +91 9825097747 between the hours of 10AM and 7PM. We are always available to assist you with the returns process.

To determine the reason for return, we kindly request that you send us two images of the product - one of the damaged part and one of the entire product. Please email these images to parandish.lifestyle@gmail.com, where our Quality Assurance team will review the details to confirm its eligibility for return.

After receiving your request email with pictures, we will review the details and provide you with the status of your Return Request within 2-3 days. If your return request is accepted, we will arrange for the return shipping via the same courier service and bear the cost of shipping.

Please seal your package and return it to the courier service.

It usually takes about 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the Product is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the product and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 Business days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.

Points to remember - Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition. 

REFUNDS

All refunds for the items returned will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the product back at our warehouse. The refunds can be made in form of Store Credits. Store Credits are the fastest way of refund. They are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation. 

Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account (Please provide your account details for the same.) Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.

The estimated delivery time is between 7- 10 working days
depending on the delivery address.
